Wholesale lines

ZIPOLI MARCO buys and sells, on a business-to-business basis, the goods named in its chamber registration. We do not manufacture them and we do not run a consumer checkout.

Home products

Goods for the house that a retailer or a wholesaler can resell: kitchenware, textiles, small furnishings and everyday household articles.

Described order by order. We do not publish a seasonal lookbook.
Suitability for a given market is confirmed before we accept.
We do not take building contracts or fit-out work.

Apparel

Clothing and related accessories for wholesale resale. Fibre content, size and origin are those of the lot we are actually able to offer.

No claim of brand authorisation unless it is in the confirmation.
Labelling has to be lawful for the destination. If we cannot document it, we do not confirm the order.
Private-label work is not offered unless we agree it in writing, with a named producer.

Electronics

Consumer electronics and accessories. Conformity marking and the technical file belong to the manufacturer. We pass on the papers we receive with the goods.

We do not apply a CE mark ourselves and we do not issue a declaration of conformity in the producer’s place.
Restricted or unsafe goods are refused.
Voltage, plug and warranty terms are stated on the proforma when they matter.

Cosmetics

Cosmetic products intended for professional resale. Lawful placing on the EU market requires a responsible person and a notification. That role is not ours by default.

We trade lots that are presented to us as already compliant, and we ask for the papers a serious buyer would ask for.
We do not formulate, fill or act as the responsible person unless a written contract says so.
Claims about skin, health or clinical effect are the brand’s, not a promise of this website.

What we ask from a buyer

Legal name of the business and a valid VAT number.
Country of establishment and destination of the goods.
The product, the rough quantity, and any marking or language you already require.
The written channel where you want the proforma sent.

What this enterprise is not

Not a consumer shop, and not a cart that takes card payments.
Not a manufacturer, and not the owner of the brands it may resell.
Not an authorised distributor unless a written appointment says so.
Not the EU responsible person for a cosmetic, unless a contract expressly says so.
Not a holder of an SOA attestation or a quality-system certificate. The extract records none.
Not a business with local branches. The extract records no local unit.
